The Warida Method

 Indigenous Relational Wellbeing Framework

Something does not feel broken

It feels disconnected

There comes a point where many people realise that what they have been offered has not fully met them. They may have done the work.
They may have tried the strategies. They may have sat in spaces where they were expected to explain themselves, fit into a category, or move forward before they were ready. Still, something feels disconnected.

At Warida, we do not begin from the assumption that people are broken. We begin from the understanding that people often become disconnected from their inner knowing, their sense of agency, their relationships, and the deeper parts of themselves that hold strength, wisdom and clarity.

The Warida Method is an Indigenous informed framework for holistic wellbeing. It brings together deep listening, empowerment and relational healing in a way that supports reconnection on your own terms. This method is grounded in three core anchors:

Deep Listening

Deep listening is not passive. It is an active, relational way of being with self, others and the moment. It creates space to notice what has been pushed aside, silenced or overwhelmed.

Inner Fire

Inner fire is the language we use for personal agency, identity, purpose and voice. Many people lose connection with this through trauma, burnout, grief, systems pressure or repeated experiences of being unheard. Reconnecting with inner fire is often where healing begins to feel possible again.

Ripple Effect

Healing does not stop with the individual. When one person reconnects with their own strength and clarity, that shift often moves outward into families, workplaces, communities and systems. This is the ripple effect.

The Warida Method is expressed through two key frameworks.

An Indigenous informed approach to wellbeing

The Warida Method is a framework grounded in:

  • Deep listening
  • Inner fire
  • Ripple effect

It recognises that wellbeing sits within relationship.

  • With self

  • With others

  • With Country

Where this work is applied

The Warida Method supports:

  • Counselling
  • Leadership
  • Workplace wellbeing
  • Women’s empowerment
  • Community healing

This is not a theory.
It is lived and applied.

You may already know this

If something in this resonates, it may not be because it is new.

It may be because it is familiar.

You are not alone. You are not broken. You are becoming.
