Culturally integrated, trauma informed and confidential support for workplaces that want something more relational than a traditional EAP.
Warida provides organisations with direct access to experienced First Nations practitioners who understand that wellbeing does not sit separately from culture, identity, family, community, work and connection to Country.
Selected EAP clients shown with permission. Warida also supports other organisations whose logos are not displayed due to confidentiality or approval requirements.
Many EAPs begin when someone is already struggling. Warida takes a more relational approach to workplace wellbeing, creating culturally safer spaces where people can speak openly, be deeply heard and access support that recognises the whole person.
Culture is part of the therapeutic relationship, not an addition to it.
Support recognises the impact of trauma, systems, relationships and lived experience.
People are met as people, rather than appointments or utilisation numbers.
Warida is 100% First Nations led and all qualified practitioners providing therapeutic services through Warida are First Nations people.
Support is confidential, culturally integrated and responsive to what is happening in each person’s life, relationships, community and workplace.
